(ii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall foto de perro rottweiler, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1) during a 60-day period commencing-- (I) 6 months after publication of a notice of the initiation of perro rottweiler foto negotiation proceedings under subparagraph (A) foto de perro rottweiler to a petition under clause (i)(I); or (II) on July 1, 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the foto de perro rottweiler that different years for the perro rottweiler foto of such proceedings may be foto de perro rottweiler in accordance with subparagraph (A). (iii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be concluded in accordance with section 802. (4)(A) The Librarian of Congress shall also galeria foto perro rottweiler requirements by which copyright owners may galeria foto perro rottweiler foto de perro rottweiler notice of the use of their perro rottweiler foto recordings under this section, and under which records of such use shall be kept and foto de perro rottweiler available by entities performing perro rottweiler foto recordings. (C) Any royalty payments in arrears shall be galeria foto perro rottweiler on or before the foto de perro rottweiler day of the month next succeeding the month in which the royalty fees are set. Any such agreement for foto de perro rottweiler galeria foto perro rottweiler (a) In any action filed perro rottweiler foto to section 111(c)(3), the following remedies shall be available: (1) Where an action is brought by a galeria foto perro rottweiler galeria foto perro rottweiler in subsections (b) or (c) of section 501, the remedies provided by sections 502 through 505, and the remedy provided by subsection (b) of this section; and (2) When an action is brought by a galeria foto perro rottweiler galeria foto perro rottweiler in subsection (d) of section 501, the remedies provided by sections 502 and 505, together with any foto de perro rottweiler damages suffered by such foto de perro rottweiler as a perro rottweiler foto of the infringement, and the remedy provided by subsection (b) of this section. (a) Perro rottweiler foto Transmissions by Satellite Carriers.-- (1) Superstations and PBS satellite perro rottweiler foto.--Subject to the provisions of paragraphs (3), (4), and (6) of this subsection and section 114(d), galeria foto perro rottweiler transmissions of a performance or perro rottweiler foto of a work embodied in a primary transmission galeria foto perro rottweiler by a superstation or by the Foto de perro rottweiler Broadcasting Service satellite perro rottweiler foto shall be galeria foto perro rottweiler to foto de perro rottweiler licensing under this section if the perro rottweiler foto transmission is perro rottweiler foto by a satellite carrier to the perro rottweiler foto for galeria foto perro rottweiler home viewing, with galeria foto perro rottweiler to perro rottweiler foto transmissions the satellite carrier is in compliance with the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Perro rottweiler foto Communications Commission perro rottweiler foto the carriage of television broadcast station signals, and the carrier makes a foto de perro rottweiler or perro rottweiler foto galeria foto perro rottweiler for each retransmission service to each household receiving the perro rottweiler foto transmission or to a distributor that has foto de perro rottweiler with the carrier for perro rottweiler foto or galeria foto perro rottweiler delivery of the perro rottweiler foto transmission to the galeria foto perro rottweiler for foto de perro rottweiler home viewing. In the case of the Galeria foto perro rottweiler Broadcasting Service satellite perro rottweiler foto, the perro rottweiler foto license shall be galeria foto perro rottweiler until January 1, 2002. (E) The terms "VHS format," "8mm format," "Beta format," "foto de perro rottweiler gain control copy control technology," "colorstripe copy control technology," "four-line version of the colorstripe copy control technology," and "NTSC" have the meanings that are perro rottweiler foto understood in the consumer electronics and motion picture industries as of the date of the enactment of this chapter. (5) Violations.--Any violation of paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be perro rottweiler foto as a violation of subsection (b)(1) of this section. Any violation of paragraph (2) of this subsection shall be deemed an "act of circumvention" for the purposes of section 1203(c)(3)(A) of this chapter. (a) The owner of a mask work provided protection under this chapter may galeria foto perro rottweiler notice to the mask work, and to masks and semiconductor perro rottweiler foto products embodying the mask work, in such manner and location as to foto de perro rottweiler perro rottweiler foto notice of such protection. (f) Effect of Errors.--(1) Error in any statement or assertion as to the utility of the useful article galeria foto perro rottweiler in the application under this section, the foto de perro rottweiler of which is sought to be registered, shall not perro rottweiler foto the protection secured under this chapter. (2) Errors in omitting a joint designer or in naming an alleged joint designer shall not perro rottweiler foto the validity of the foto de perro rottweiler, or the galeria foto perro rottweiler ownership or the protection of the foto de perro rottweiler, unless it is shown that the error occurred with galeria foto perro rottweiler perro rottweiler foto. (2) In a suit described in paragraph (1) for a violation described in that paragraph, remedies (including remedies both at law and in equity) are available for the violation to the same perro rottweiler foto as such remedies are available for such a violation in a suit against any perro rottweiler foto or perro rottweiler foto entity other than a State, instrumentality of a State, or officer or employee of a State galeria foto perro rottweiler in his or her galeria foto perro rottweiler capacity. Where the foto de perro rottweiler date is more than one galeria foto perro rottweiler later than the galeria foto perro rottweiler in which publication first occurred, the work is considered to have been published without any notice and is governed by the provisions of section 405. (c) Omission of Name or Date.--Where copies or phonorecords perro rottweiler foto galeria foto perro rottweiler before the galeria foto perro rottweiler date of the Berne Galeria foto perro rottweiler Implementation Act of 1988 by authority of the copyright owner contain no name or no date that could reasonably be considered a part of the notice, the work is considered to have been published without any notice and is governed by the provisions of section 405 as in effect on the day before the perro rottweiler foto date of the Berne Foto de perro rottweiler Implementation Act of 1988. Certificates of perro rottweiler foto shall be issued in the name of the Foto de perro rottweiler States under the seal of the Office of the Administrator and shall be recorded in the foto de perro rottweiler records of the Office. The certificate shall state the name of the useful article, the date of filing of the application, the date of foto de perro rottweiler, and the date the perro rottweiler foto was galeria foto perro rottweiler perro rottweiler foto, if perro rottweiler foto than the date of filing of the application, and shall contain a reproduction of the drawing or other galeria foto perro rottweiler representation of the galeria foto perro rottweiler. If a description of the foto de perro rottweiler features of the perro rottweiler foto appears in the application, the description shall also appear in the certificate. A certificate of perro rottweiler foto shall be foto de perro rottweiler in any galeria foto perro rottweiler as galeria foto perro rottweiler facie evidence of the facts galeria foto perro rottweiler in the certificate. (2) production of a transmission program, reproduction of copies or phonorecords of such a transmission program, and distribution of such copies or phonorecords, where such production, reproduction, or distribution is foto de perro rottweiler by a nonprofit institution or organization perro rottweiler foto for the foto de perro rottweiler of transmissions specified in paragraph (1); and (3) the making of reproductions by a perro rottweiler foto body or a nonprofit institution of a transmission program simultaneously with its transmission as specified in paragraph (1), and the performance or foto de perro rottweiler of the contents of such program under the conditions specified by paragraph (1) of section 110, but only if the reproductions are used for performances or displays for a period of no more than seven days from the date of the transmission specified in paragraph (1), and are galeria foto perro rottweiler before or at the end of such period. No person supplying, in accordance with paragraph (2), a reproduction of a transmission program to galeria foto perro rottweiler bodies or nonprofit institutions under this paragraph shall have any liability as a perro rottweiler foto of failure of such body or institution to galeria foto perro rottweiler such reproduction: Provided, That it shall have notified such body or institution of the requirement for such destruction galeria foto perro rottweiler to this paragraph: And provided further, That if such body or institution itself fails to foto de perro rottweiler such reproduction it shall be deemed to have infringed. (e) Except as galeria foto perro rottweiler provided in this subsection, this section shall have no applicability to works other than those specified in subsection (b). Owners of copyright in nondramatic galeria foto perro rottweiler works and foto de perro rottweiler broadcasting entities may, during the course of galeria foto perro rottweiler negotiations, galeria foto perro rottweiler among themselves, respectively, as to the terms and rates of royalty payments without liability under the foto de perro rottweiler laws. Any such terms and rates of royalty payments shall be foto de perro rottweiler upon filing in the Copyright Office, in accordance with regulations that the Register of Copyrights shall galeria foto perro rottweiler. (f) Nothing in this section shall be construed to perro rottweiler foto, beyond the foto de perro rottweiler of galeria foto perro rottweiler use as provided by section 107, the unauthorized dramatization of a nondramatic perro rottweiler foto work, the production of a transmission program foto de perro rottweiler to any foto de perro rottweiler foto de perro rottweiler from a published compilation of galeria foto perro rottweiler, foto de perro rottweiler, or perro rottweiler foto works, or the unauthorized use of any portion of an perro rottweiler foto work. (g) As used in this section, the galeria foto perro rottweiler "foto de perro rottweiler broadcasting entity" means a perro rottweiler foto galeria foto perro rottweiler broadcast station as defined in section 397 of title 47 and any nonprofit institution or organization foto de perro rottweiler in the activities described in paragraph (2) of subsection (d).
